Research & Development
The Glidewell Direct in-house Research & Development team ensures that all products meet strict quality standards for consistency. The process for testing materials includes solubility and thermal expansion tests. R&D utilizes specialized testing equipment such as spectrophotometers, dilatometers and scanning electron microscopes. We test each batch of ceramics for shade accuracy by measuring the value, hue and chroma against the specified shade tab. Our staff is constantly improving techniques, procedures and products. All the products we offer have been used on our own production floor for years. |
