Thermoforming Discs for SplintsBite Splint DiscsErkoloc Pro – used to fabricate Comfort Hard/Soft bite splints. They come prelaminated with the hard co-polyester on top and 1.0mm non-rebound soft polyurethane liner on bottom to provide maximum patient comfort. Available in 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm thickness. Erkodur – used to fabricate clear, hard splints. They are made of crystal clear, monomer free co-polyester. Available in 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm thickness.
