Prismatik Clinical Zirconia™ Copings – Outsource your case to us! Prismatik Clinical Zirconia is Glidewell Laboratories’ proprietary zirconia material, designed and milled using CAD/CAM technology. The pinned and sectioned master die is scanned with a 3D optical scanner, and the coping or bridge understructure is designed on the computer screen before being milled using a pre-sintered zirconia block. This milled CZ frame is then sintered for more than 15 hours at extreme temperature to fully gain its high strength and fracture resistance. Prismatik CZ copings and bridge frameworks are dentin shaded for more natural lifelike esthetics. The thin spray-on stain is oven fired at 1080°C, and its high temprerature tolerance is compatible with hand-applied or pressed veneering ceramics. $59 per coping

For all copings: please send finished model work with dies trimmed and margins marked with red pencil. The die should not be treated with die hardener or any other material that will provide a glossy finish. There should be no wax block-out or smoothing.
