Prismatik CZ Copings

Prismatik Clinical Zirconia copings –Prismatik CZ Clinical Zirconia is Glidewell Laboratories’ proprietary zirconia material, designed and milled using CAD/CAM technology. The pinned and sectioned master die is scanned with a 3D optical scanner, and the coping or bridge understructure is designed on the computer screen before being milled using a pre-sintered zirconia block. This milled CZ frame is then sintered for more than 15 hours at extreme temperature to fully gain its high strength and fracture resistance. $59 per coping

For all copings: please send finished model work with dies trimmed and margins marked with red pencil. The die should not be treated with die hardener or any other material that will provide a glossy finish. There should be no wax block-out or smoothing.
