Shipping

Delivery time – All orders placed before 2pm Pacific time will be shipped the same day. Delivery times vary based upon method of shipment and destination. Please note extended areas require additional delivery time (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.). When you place an order with Glidewell Direct, we estimate the shipping and delivery dates for your order based on the availability of your items and the method of shipment you choose.

Shipping options – All orders are shipped via DHL. You may choose the service you require from the following options.

• Ground – 3 to 5 working days.
• 2nd day – 2 to 3 working days.
• Overnight – 1 working day. To ensure next day delivery, place your order before 2pm Pacific time.

Calculating costs – Shipping costs for orders from Glidewell Direct depend upon the methods and options you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight and zip code.
