This two-day course will provide everything the general practitioner needs to know in order to place and restore implants in the esthetic zone, from initial treatment plan to implant selection, material selection and final photographic documentation of the smile transformation. The benefits of ceramic and titanium implants and restorative materials will be thoroughly discussed. Participants will gain practical knowledge with hands-on, model-based exercises using a titanium implant. Functional and esthetic considerations will be addressed, including CBCT review, implant emergence profile, tissue management and restorative options. A photography exercise with professional lighting and equipment will also be presented.

Dr. Paresh Patel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry and the Medical College of Georgia/AAID MaxiCourse. He is a fellow of the Misch International Implant Institute and a diplomate of the ICOI.
Dr. Patel has placed more than 5,000 implants, has published numerous articles in leading dental journals, and has worked as a lecturer and clinical consultant on dental implants and prosthetics for several companies. He maintains private practices in Lenoir and Mooresville, North Carolina.
