Course Synopsis

Presenter: Jack Hahn, DDS

It is an all-too-frequent occurrence in the busy dental practice: A patient arrives with a fractured or non-restorable tooth in the esthetic zone. Often, practitioners have their schedules disrupted while they seek a temporary solution so the patient can be reappointed for definitive tooth replacement. The immediate extraction and implant placement procedure solves these issues for both the patient and dentist.

In this course, Dr. Hahn explores the “emergency” implant protocol, in which an extraction is performed, an implant placed, and a provisional restoration delivered on the same day, allowing practitioners to provide for the urgent need of the patient in a definitive and practical manner.
