Participants will gain a thorough understanding of how to screen for sleep apnea, as well as how to obtain sleep apnea diagnosis, gain patient acceptance and provide the proper oral appliance. Participants will gain practical knowledge with hands-on, model-based exercises using various sleep appliances. Informed patient consent, medical billing and partnering with physicians will also be covered.
