The Silent Nite^® 3D Sleep Appliance Titration Kit includes connectors used to maintain the forward position of the mandible during sleep therapy.

Key features of the Silent Nite 3D Titration Kit:

• Includes a full set of connectors of various lengths in 0.5 mm increments (one ranging from 21 mm–26 mm, the other from 20.5 mm–25.5 mm) on separate titration trees
• Connectors are flexible enough to allow movement, but rigid enough to maintain mandibular advancement
• Easily removable from tree and easy to fit to appliance
• Ideal to ensure proper care even when original connectors are lost or broken
